
How to hire from us
It is our aim to make hiring our items as easy as possible.
At One Day Event Hire our items are collection only, to keep our hire costs as low as we can. Simply get in touch to find our item availability. We'll ask for a deposit to secure your booking. A few weeks before your big day, we'll be in touch to arrange final payment and your collection/return dates. And that's it.
Enquire
Please get in touch with us to find out if your item is available. We'll confirm availability with you as soon as possible.
Confirm
Once we've agreed the date, like all hire companies, we ask for a deposit to secure your booking. Full payment, including a refundable security deposit, is payable a few weeks before your big day.
Collect
Our items are available for collection only from Ipswich - unfortunately we are not able to offer delivery to keep our prices affordable. Our collection and return day is always the same - Wednesday. Once your hire is over, pop our items back to us and we'll refund your security deposit.
